GLOSS-IT EVO POLISHING PADS HOW-TO
Recommended Machine: Gloss-It EVO 21 Dual Action Polisher
- Begin by priming your polishing pad with a light spritz of Gloss-It Gloss Enhancer Detail Spray.
- Shake EVO Ultra Finish Polish 3000 well and apply several pea-sized beads on a color matched URO Final Finishing Pad.
- Set machine speed on 2-3 to spread polish evenly over surface for coverage and to prevent slinging.
- Working in a 2’ by 2’ area, increase machine speed to 4 or 5.
- Working in a 2’ by 2’ area, increase machine speed to 4 or 5 and polish in a cross hatch pattern overlapping with each pass to allow EVO Ultra Finish Polish 3000 to effectively remove paint imperfections. If imperfections persist repeat process until desired results are achieved or step up to the EVO Cut Finish Polish 2000 for more aggressive defect removal.
- Wipe down surface with a 30/70 solution of Isopropyl Alcohol and distilled water or Gloss-It Gloss Enhancer Detail Spray with a Gloss-It Microfiber Towel to remove residual polish. For true paint correction, check finish in direct sunlight.
- Once optimal results are achieved, proceed BY applying one of our Gloss-It Signature Series Paste Waxes, Gloss-It Gloss Finish Sealant or Gloss-It Concorso Gloss Finish Sealant Glaze for depth in shine and durable protection.
