The Back Story

On this edition of the weekly buff we proudly present a beautiful yellow Bronco that the Cosmetics Queen brought to us to get ready for Her off road adventures in Las Vegas with friends and family. She decided to do a 1 step paint correction to polish out the imperfections, FULL PPF yes covering the entire vehicle to prevent scratches while off roading, and Ceramic Coating every surface on the outside as well.

When She dropped off the vehicle as always the first thing we did was prep the entire outside for polishing with our EVO Foam Cannon and EVO shampoo to wash and remove all road debris from driving. We also used a light green claybar to remove all fallout, and leave a perfectly smooth and clean surface for Polishing and PPF. 

The crew got started on Polishing with our EVO 21 and 3000 Cut Finishing polish and a medium pad to leave a perfect finish with only 1 step of polishing. Josh and JR did a great job on the finish and even made sure the wheels were extra clean by removing and cleaning them as well. 

The next step was for Maxwell our in house PPF master to get started on the wrap of the entire vehicle. He removed the door handles along with the front grill bar, and the weather sealing on the door so Max could install a seamless piece and no one will know there is PPF at all. When doing an install like this Max has to custom cut pieces for the doors, and other pieces of the vehicle because there are no patterns on programs for most vehicles yet.

The final step was to apply an array of our Ceramic Coatings to the Bronco. We started with our EVO Wheel & Caliper coating to ensure that cleaning the wheels is easy for years to come. Our Plastic Renew&Protect on all the black trim to provide a deep black look and prevent whitening of the plastic. Our EVO Glass coating to help make the glass easier to clean along with prevent water from sticking when it rains. The final product we used was our EVO PPF&VINYL Ceramic Coating over the entire vehicle to prevent the PPF from yellowing over time and to add an additional layer of protection against road debris, and the elements.
